Encouraging Participation at Utilizing Precision Ag Technology Workshop

UGA Extension will be hosting two Utilizing Precision Ag Technology Workshops in Statesboro (March 29 at Ogeechee Technical College) and Albany (March 31 at Merry Acres Inn) from 9 am – 1:30 pm. These are great programs for agricultural producers that UGA Extension Specialists have developed.

Great speakers from UGA, Clemson, University of Kentucky, University of Tennessee, and Quail Forever will be there covering the topics of Precision Planting, Precision Soil mapping and Soil Sampling, Sustainability, and Economics and Decision Making for Precision Agriculture technologies.

The registration is free to all, and lunch is provided at the event. The deadline for registration is March 18, 2022. Pesticide Credits and CCA credits will be given to producers who participate in these events.
