Agricultural Disaster Assistance Information Session for Producers Affected by Hurricane Michael

Monday, October 22, 2018 at 2pm at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center.

There will be an important information session for producers to learn about disaster assistance programs. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Rural Development (RD) and Risk Management Agency (RMA), as well as Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, will be on-site to provide updates and information regarding disaster programs that are available to producers affected by Hurricane Michael. They will speak on the different available government disaster assistance programs and advice on how to work with ag lenders during this difficult time.
